This unusual cross was made with Tillandsia neglecta as the seed parent and T. didisticha as the pollen parent. I named it "White Tips" because as the new leaves of the pups begin to emerge they have white tips.  As the pups grow larger and mature the entire leaf will turn green. Petals are white.
