We acquired this plant from Steve Correale as Tillandsia King Cobra many years ago. When it first bloomed, it clearly was not T. King Cobra. It was different from all the other know hybrids from Steve. This plant is much smaller than T. King Cobra and has only three branches in its inflorescence. We have propagated these from vegetative offsets and we call it Tillandsia King Cobra, Clone X.
