The seed parent for this cross is the large clone of Tillandsia bulbosa from Belize. It was crossed with T. ionantha, and the result is a larger plant, larger than other crosses with T. bulbosa and T. ionantha. Bublous shape, and the entire plant will turn red when blooming.
