Beautiful thick silver foliage. I found this cultivar in Mexico in the 1980's growing with another species which was new - T. ionantha var. stricta. For many years we sold this as T. capitata 'Peach', Mexico. In 2013 this species was given the cultivar name 'Capitata Peach', as it is very different from the plants called T. capitata ''Peach' from Guatemala (which are currently published as T. riohondoensis). This plant has upright grey leathery leaves which are somewhat succulent. Entire plant blushes peach (or apricot) when blooming and has purple petals. Oaxaca, Mexico
