This is a saxicolous (rock dweller) species from the state of Chiapas, Mexico. The inflorescence is somewhat pendent in habitat, but when grown in a pot it will grow upright with only slight pendency. The spikes are shiny yellow with purple flowers. Rarely available. Mexico
