This beautiful hyrbrid is Tillansia achyrostachys X xiphiodes.  The tall, slender inflorescence is reminiscent of T. achyrostachys, but the flowers are definitely T. xiphioides.  The petal open with a recurved ruffled edge.  Both the inflorescence petals are light-purple colored.  Can't positively say there is a fragrance, sometimes there is a faint one, but mostly there is not.  The plant is quite striking.
